Store Policy

CARE & WARRANTY

The Goldrad warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for three months from date of purchase. During the warranty period, at our option, we will repair or replace your bag (with an equivalent bag if your bag is no longer available) if you return the bag to the Goldrad Service Center, together with proof of purchase (this only applies to products purchased through our website or an authorized dealer). This warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers) normal wear and tear or theft. Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty. Locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of product or its contents.

STORAGE & CARE OF YOUR BAG

Please take care when unpacking your new handbag. Open the packaging carefully to avoid damaging the bag. Please don’t use any sharp items to open or unwrap the bag and do not rip or tear paper or plastic packaging from your new handbag.

Please store your handbag in a cool dry place and be sure to keep it away from direct sunlight or humidity.

Please store your handbag with care. We recommended storing your handbag in its own dust bag. When you don't use the bag, please keep it stuffed with clean paper to retain its shape. Do not stack handbags on top of each another.

Please avoid hanging your bag by its straps. This might put pressure on its strap connectors and can wear out its seams prematurely. Avoid folding and pressing the bags at all cost. 

The vegan material is intended to replace real calf-skin leather. It is very soft, please treat it with same care as real leather. 

We source the most durable and strongest polyurethane fabrics with top color fastness standard. We suggest not to overstuff your bag as this may strain the stitching. Polishing the bag periodically will keep it shiny and good looking. Do not keep your bag in a humid or wet condition. 

In time, even a Goldrad bag will wear out. So please take good care of your handbag to make sure your bag will stay in its best condition for a long time.

CLEANING

Our products are made out of 100% high-quality and eco-friendly PU leather. Please handle with care and keep away from harsh substances as  they can stain and harm the material.

We recommend to clean the material and remove stains and dirt with a dry cloth and lighter fluid (butane). You may rub the stained parts very carefully and lightly to avoid harming the bag. Carelessness may cause a change in color or may harm the material.

For both vegan leather and fabric handbags, you should never wash the bags with water.

Please don't let your handbags get wet. As with animal leather, too much rain or water can ruin the material. You should always allow the handbags to air dry. You should never use a hair-dryer to dry the bags; heat damages the material.

To wipe the surface of the handbags, you may use a lint-free towel.

We only use eco-friendly materials for our bags that should not have any strong odor. However, if some slight PU leather smell should appear, it will dissipate with time. To speed up this process, you may try air drying. If the smell persists, you may wrap the handbag in newspaper lightly and let it sit for 24 to 48 hours.

  • a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or credit card statement)

HANDBAGS & WALLETS

​

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags and wallets are protected from the original date of purchase by a three month limited warranty. If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags and wallets must be returned to receive a replacement.

The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful vegan material. Please refer to our handbag maintenance guidelines to learn more about our product care.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. 

Enjoy a limited warranty on our handbags, baby bags, and small goods. for any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, repairs are on us (our apologies!). We invite you to bring your handbag back to one of our shops (click here, for store locations) you may also choose to contact customer service team. If you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include:

  • the style number (can be found on the tag inside the product or receipt)

  • photos of the item clearly showing the problem

  • a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or credit card statement).
